RESERVATION POLICY & CANCELLATIONS

50% of the total amount is due when making the reservation. This amount is non-refundable. In case of a cancellation more than 48 hours before the day of arrival, this amount will be kept as a cancellation fee.

In case of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the day of arrival, the remaining 50% will be charged from the credit card on file. The same applies to no-shows.
